Working closely with their team, we ensured the Reynaers unitised façade system met the architectural design intent, seamlessly integrating our proprietary brick slip cladding.
Guided by BDA Façade Consultants, we adhered to the highest testing standards, delivering a façade that balances functionality, aesthetics, and durability.
Key Innovations:
• Collaborative Design Process: In partnership with Reddy Architecture+Urbanism, we translated their design vision into a fully functional unitised façade, maintaining precision and high-quality finishes.
• Reynaers Unitised Façade System: Engineered to deliver structural efficiency and sleek aesthetics, this advanced system serves as the backbone of the project.
• Proprietary Brick Slip Cladding: Developed specifically for this project, our mechanically fixed brick slip system incorporates handcrafted slips, achieving a bespoke finish that complements the building’s contemporary design.
• High-Performance Glazing: Externally laminated to ensure safety, the glazing prevents shattered glass from falling onto pedestrians while enhancing thermal and acoustic performance.
• Factory-Preassembled Components: All elements, including glazing and brick slips, were fabricated in a controlled environment to ensure precision. Pre-assembled units were efficiently installed on-site, aligning with the project’s schedule and quality standards.
• BDA Façade Consultants: Their expert guidance through the design development process ensured compliance with System 5 CWCT standards, establishing benchmarks for weather tightness, structural performance, and durability.
