AluFactory delivered the glazing package on this Dublin project for main contractor Elliott Group — from the curtain walling and windows through to the automated entrance doors and ventilation panels, designed, manufactured and installed by our own team.

Scope of Work:
• Aluminium window, door and curtain wall systems: the full glazed envelope, fabricated in our own factory and installed by our own crews, giving consistent sightlines across the elevations and one point of responsibility from survey to handover.
• Automated sliding and rebated door systems: powered entrances set up for step-free access and heavy daily use, with rebated sets where the opening called for a flush, weathertight closure.
• Insulated aluminium louvre panels with preinstalled vent ducts: panels supplied with the ductwork already fitted, so each ventilation opening was closed out weathertight in a single operation instead of being handed between trades on site.
• Part M compliant window openers: opening gear specified and positioned to meet Part M access requirements, so every window can be reached and operated safely by occupants.
Working closely with Elliott Group, the package was coordinated across design, manufacture and installation under one roof — keeping the envelope on programme and the detailing consistent from ground floor to roof.
